ADHD Firestarter Planner

$7.00

Sprint planner for the Firestarter archetype — the pressure-driven brain that thrives on deadlines and needs real recovery.

Description

The crash after the sprint is not a failure. It’s biology. And your planner should know the difference.

Most planners assume you’ll pace yourself evenly through the day. This planner is purpose-built for a brain that maintains steady effort from morning to night. But that’s not how your brain works — and that’s not a flaw. You’re a Firestarter. Your brain runs on pressure, intensity, and short bursts of focused output. The key isn’t slowing down. The key is planning for the full cycle: the fire, the sprint, and the recovery that follows.

We constructed the Firestarter Sprint Planner to do exactly what your brain needs.

Here’s what you get — 9 pages, US Letter format:

It starts with a “How to Use This as a Firestarter” intro page. This page walks you through your own sprint-recovery cycle so you can understand your rhythm rather than fight it. Once you see the pattern clearly, planning around it becomes far easier.

From there, you move into a dedicated sprint planning page, where you define your goal, set your deadline, and write down your non-negotiables before the sprint even begins. Having these locked in on paper keeps you anchored when your brain tries to expand the scope halfway through.

Next come five daily sprint layouts — one for Monday through Friday. We designed them for how Firestarters actually work. You’ll track your urgency level so you know how much fuel is in the tank. Follow a 5-minute start ritual designed to cut through activation resistance and get you moving.  You will also log your energy state throughout the day, which helps you spot your peak hours over time.

But that’s not all. Each daily layout also includes a pre-burnout red flags check. It is one of the most important pieces in the planner. It prompts you to notice the early warning signs before the crash arrives — when you can still do something about it. At the end of each day, a short recovery log helps you make rest intentional rather than just reactive collapse.

Finally, the planner closes with a post-sprint debrief page. Here you’ll review what worked, what didn’t, and what to adjust before your next sprint. Over time, this page becomes one of your most valuable tools — a record of how your brain actually performs when it’s given the right structure.

Together, these nine pages give you a complete sprint-to-recovery system. It doesn’t require you to work like everyone else. Instead, it meets you exactly where you are and helps you do your best work on your own terms.
